All of our items are custom and made to order, so when we receive your order, it does not immediately ship. We need time to review your order and make your items with your special requests in mind. Please allow us 3-5 business days to make create your custom embroidered mementos for your wedding. If there are any questions regarding your order, there may be a delay in creating and shipping your order.

Please note that the shipping options are in addition to the processing times. Please allow 3-5 business days until your order is ready to ship. If you need your items to ship sooner, there will be a rush fee incurred. Choosing a faster shipping option does not speed up production.

These are the shipping options and what they mean:

USPS First Class - This is the least expensive and standard shipping option we offer. This option is perfect if you are not in a rush to receive your order. This shipping option generally takes a week for delivery.*

USPS Priority - This is a faster option for shipping. It generally takes 2-3 business days for delivery, however, the postal service does not guarantee delivery within that time-frame. On their website, they say to allow up to 5 business days for delivery.*

FedEx 2 Day - Guaranteed 2 day delivery*

FedEx Overnight - Guaranteed Overnight Delivery*

You are allowed up to 40 words of custom text on each handkerchief for the prices listed. If you wish to exceed 40 words, we charge $0.65 per word. Please contact us for a custom order if you want to order a handkerchief with more than 40 words.

All of the handkerchiefs are 100% cotton. The thread used to embroider them is polyester.
